Our New Range Of Truffle Oils

French Garden are delighted to introduce our new range of truffle oils. We currently have three oils, all of which are made for us in the UK using the very best ingredients, including white Alba truffles and black Perigord truffles, to produce oils of quite exceptional quality. We feel these oils are a wonderful complement to our range of fresh truffles that have proved so popular with our customers across the UK.

The three oils that make up our range are black truffle, white truffle and British truffle. The black and white truffle oils have a remarkable complexity and intensity of flavour but none of the coarser, harsh notes characteristic of inferior oils. Our British truffle oil is made with truffles from Somerset and Wiltshire and has soft, earthy, bosky flavours so typical of the home foraged truffle.

Our truffle oils are available from us in both New Covent Garden and Bristol and are part of a range new products from some of Europe’s leading specialist food producers that we shall be introducing over the coming months.
