Secretts Salad Leaves

Previously only available to to the top end of the London restaurant trade Secretts leaves will now be available in the South West exclusively from us at the French Garden, Bristol

The Secretts family have been farming at Milford, Surrey since 1908, that’s four generations.

In the early 1990’s Secretts moved away from supermarket supply and started growing a much more specialist range of produce aimed squarely at the top end of the independent sector, both restaurant and retail.

In the early 2000’s, with the help of ex restaurateur Vernon Mascarenhas, Secretts began to develop a range of specialist salad leaves for their London restaurant and hotel customers.

Today, in professional London kitchens, they are a benchmark ingredient. You’ll find Secretts leaves on menus at The Ledbury, Le Gavroche, The Fat Duck, Dinner, Corrigan’s, St John, The Square, Nobu, Benares and many others.

Now, for the very first time, Secretts leaves will be available in the South West exclusively from the French Garden, Bristol.

We launched our Secretts range at the end of January 2013 with mixed leaves, baby leaf spinach and wild rocket all packed in kilo trays.  Mixed leaves are also available in 115g bags for retail.

We will be adding many more lines as we move further into the season. Please do get in touch if you would like to know more.
