Westlands WOW have invested heavily in the latest technology and their operation is a marvel of hi-tech, computer controlled wizardry, if Kraftwerk had gone in for growing it would be something like this. But, and it’s a very big but, at the heart of what they do is good, old fashioned horticultural know-how and a real passion for growing, true plant pioneers.

Westlands WOW work closely with their customers, both chefs and distributors, developing new products which don’t just follow the latest culinary trend but frequently drive them. It is unusual to see an episode of Great British Menu that doesn’t feature WOW produce, often bespoke grown for the chef competitors.
