Dorset Scapes and Black Garlic

From the splendid Mark Botwright at The South West Garlic Farm in Dorset we have the first delivery of Mark’s gorgeous garlic scapes. 

Supplies are limited and the season very short (just two to three weeks) so more for specials than a regular menu item.

The scapes come in 250g bundles each with 30/35 scapes. The cost is £5.65 per bundle.
